He has successfully led major projects including the Financial System Development for the IoT section at National Transmission & Dispatch Company Ltd, and ERP Implementation for PF reporting at Descon Chemicals Ltd.

With nearly two decades of experience across leading global financial institutions—including AXA UK, NatWest, Nordea bank, Charity Bank, MUFG Bank, and Standard Chartered, he brings a unique expertise to support non-profit organisations, international NGOs, development actors, and corporate partners operating in high-risk or regulated environments.

 

He has led enterprise-wide risk assessments, advised on cross-border compliance involving high-risk jurisdictions, and developed tailored policies aligned with international regulatory frameworks (EU, UN, UK, US). These capabilities are particularly relevant for organisations navigating the financial, operational, and reputational risks associated with humanitarian aid, sanctions exposure, and donor compliance.

Ms. Abeeha Shalom, our Master Trainer and Counselor, with a solid academic foundation, including an M.Phil. in Psychology from Govt. College University (GCU) Lahore. She has built a diverse 10 year professional career spanning education, administration, and professional development.

 

A WHO certified Psychological First Aid and Problem Management Plus Master Trainer, currently serving as Campus Counsellor at Kinnaird College for Women since 2018, she provides holistic support to students, including career guidance, mentorship, and academic advising. Her role extends to supervising thesis research and evaluating examinations at the MS level, highlighting her academic leadership.

 

She has designed and taught courses on character building and psychology, while also training and supervising interns—establishing herself as a master trainer in both academic and field settings. Her active participation in various institutional committees, such as the Hostel Admissions Committee and the Anti-Drug & Tobacco Committee, reflecting her commitment to student development and institutional welfare.

As a member of the Association Scholarship Committee, she helps facilitate scholarship opportunities, including leading the United Women in Faith Scholarship initiative.
